  • ASBON SYNERGY PARTNERS LTD and ASBON are not parties to any transaction conducted between buyers and sellers on the platform.

  • Process payments between buyers and sellers
  • Act as an escrow agent (unless explicitly stated through third-party partners)
  • Guarantee product quality, delivery, or performance
  • Mediate contractual obligations between users
  • All commercial dealings, negotiations, payments, and deliveries occur solely between the buyer and the seller.
  • Users are advised to conduct independent verification and due diligence before entering into any transaction.
  1. SUBSCRIPTION / PAYMENT PAGE NOTICE Subscription Payments
  • All ASBON SME HUB listing subscriptions and related service payments are officially payable to ASBON SYNERGY PARTNERS LTD, the authorized operator and manager of the ASBON SME HUB platform.
  • Payments made for marketplace access, listings, or support services are processed under the corporate authority of ASBON SYNERGY PARTNERS LTD.

  3. ASBON SME HUB and ASBON SYNERGY PARTNERS LTD shall not be liable for:
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Non-delivery or delayed delivery of goods/services
  • Quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed products/services
  • Losses arising from private transactions conducted off the platform
  • Users engage with one another at their own discretion and risk.
